MECHANICSBURG - Senior Christine Swiker broke her own school record in the 400 IM twice, swimming a time of 4:37.88 to finish fifth in the finals, and junior Sarah Roscioli lowered her record in the 100 breast in the morning prelims for ESU at the 2010 PSAC Championships on Saturday at Cumberland Valley High School.
